Despite this steady growth, Bosnia ranked 31st in telecom expenditure in 2023, with Estonia surpassing it at the same expenditure level of €370 million. Leading the rankings, France, the United Kingdom, and Italy secured the second, third, and fourth spots, respectively, in terms of telecom spending.
