The country placed 51st in the world rankings, lagging behind Costa Rica at $2,700. Jordan, Russia, and Peru were ranked 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, respectively. Meanwhile, Zimbabwean demand for phosphate dropped 25.5% since 2006. It ranked 106th in 2018, behind Fiji at $151. The United States, Indonesia, and Lithuania took 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places in the world rankings.
