In 2018 Moroccan phosphate imports reached just $47, a dramatic 97.5% decrease compared to the previous year's figure of $1,850. Since 1998, demand has fallen by 76% year on year. The country was ranked 110th in 2018; Brunei was higher on the list with $47. The United States, Indonesia and Lithuania came in at second, third and fourth in the ranking.
