Ukrainian imports of lithium fell by 25.6% in 2021, according to figures released today. The country imported 2,430 kilograms of the resource, compared to 3,260 kilograms in 2020. This is a 23.1% decrease compared to the same period in 2001. Cyprus overtook Ukraine in the rankings and imported 2,430 kilograms of lithium in 2021. China, Japan and the United States were the top three importers, in that order.
