Thailand's Lithium imports are expected to drop by 15.5% a year, on average, to around 53,000 kilograms by 2026. This compares to a 6% yearly decrease since 1993. In 2021, Thailand was ranked 21st, with Australia coming first with 139,360 kilograms imported. China, Japan and the United States were the next three biggest importers. Meanwhile, Thai Lithium exports are set to rise 4.6% a year, on average, to nearly 387,000 kilograms by 2026. This is an increase of 20.7% since 2010. In 2021, France was the largest exporter, at 293,700 kilograms, with Thailand ranked 12th. Argentina, Belgium and China followed.
