Senegalese graphite imports dropped by almost two-thirds in 2019, falling to $15,000 from $42,000 the year before. This placed them in 89th place in the rankings, outstripped by Bulgaria with $15,000. South Korea, the United States and Germany took the top three spots. Senegalese graphite exports, meanwhile, soared to $5,400 in 2018 from $1,600 in 2017. This put them in 58th place in the rankings, with Bulgaria again outranking them at $5,400. Brazil, Germany and the United States held the top three spots.
