Ghana was ranked 101st in 2018, behind Jamaica's total of $5,430. South Korea, the United States and Germany followed in the ranking, placed second, third and fourth respectively. In the same year, Ghana was 68th, with Hungary at 413. Brazil, Germany and the United States came second, third and fourth in the ranking respectively.
