Irish imports of graphite are expected to fall sharply to $6,480 billion by 2026, down from $33.7 billion in 2021. This represents an annual decrease of 26.1% based on a Compound Annual Growth Rate. Since 1997, Irish demand for graphite has decreased by an average of 7.8% each year. In 2021 the country ranked 82nd in the world, behind Guyana which imported $33.7 billion. South Korea, the United States and Germany were the next three countries in the rankings.
