Italy was the largest market in 2021, followed by Germany, France and Spain. Since 2014, Bulgarian demand has dropped by 71%. 2018 exports totalled 148,570 kilograms, up 95% from the previous year. Since 2001, Bulgarian supply has decreased by 39%. Ireland was the largest exporter in 2018, followed by India, Oman and Malaysia.
