In 2021, Mexico ranked 43rd, with Namibia ahead at 109,000 kilograms. China, Spain and Norway were the 2nd, 3rd and 4th ranked countries respectively. Meanwhile, Mexican quartz imports totalled 407,000 kilograms in 2021, a decrease of 22.2% compared to 2020. Since 1995, imports have decreased by 29%. In 2021, Mexico ranked 70th, with Algeria ahead at 407,000 kilograms. China, Norway and France were the 2nd, 3rd and 4th ranked countries respectively.
