Since 2005, Namibia's demand for quartz has decreased by 28.1% each year. In 2021, Namibia ranked 109th, while Malta imported 3,450 kilograms ahead of them. China, Norway and France were the top three importers. Exports of quartz from Namibia are projected to grow 3.5% annually from 2021 to 2026, reaching 197,540 kilograms in 2026. Since 2005, the country's supply of quartz has been rising at a rate of 5.3% each year. In 2021, Namibia was 41st in the world rankings, while Tunisia exported 160,640 kilograms of quartz. China, Spain and Norway were the top three exporters.
