Since 1993, exports have decreased by 3.6% year on year. Russia was the top exporter in 2021, followed by China, Spain and Norway. Meanwhile, imports of quartz into Finland rose by 227.4% in 2018 compared to the previous year, rising to 3.4 thousand kilograms from 1.04 thousand kilograms. Since 1993, imports have grown by 17.3% annually. In 2018, Cameroon was the leading importer, followed by China, Norway and France.
