Indonesian quartz imports are on the rise. In 2021, the country imported 22.8 million kilograms, a 29.2% jump from the previous year. This puts Indonesia in 16th place, behind Belgium at the top with 22.8 million kilograms. China, Norway and France placed second, third and fourth respectively. The trend is set to continue with imports forecast to reach nearly 29 million kilograms by 2026, growing at an annual rate of 3.9%.
