Australian Silica Sand export saw a dramatic decline in 2021, down 62.9% from 188,740,000 kilograms in 2020 to 70,003,000 kilograms. This is a 52% decrease since 1993. Denmark came in first, followed by the United States, Belgium and Germany. In 2021, Australia was in 60th place for Silica Sand imports, with 7,245,300 kilograms. This is a 3% year-on-year growth since 1993, when imports had increased by 36.8%. Saudi Arabia took first place in this ranking, followed by Slovenia, Singapore and Belgium.
