Global Lobster Import is expected to reach almost 84 million kilograms by 2026, growing at an average rate of 1.8% year on year. This follows a 3.4% year on year growth since 2017. The United States was the largest importer of Lobster in 2021, at around 29 million kilograms. China, South Korea and Italy respectively ranked second, third and fourth. Brunei saw a remarkable 292% year on year growth, while Seychelles fell by 59.3% year on year since 2017. Global Lobster Export is projected to reach 142 million kilograms by 2026, increasing at an average rate of 1.7% year on year. This follows a 3.6% year on year growth since 2016. Canada was the largest exporter of Lobster in 2021, at 61.6 million kilograms. The United States, the United Kingdom and the Philippines respectively ranked second, third and fourth. Myanmar saw a significant 187.8% year on year growth, while Thailand was down by 77.9% year on year since 2016.
