European Poultry Production by Country

In 2024, Poland leads European poultry production with 4.0 million metric tons, followed by Spain at 2.47 million metric tons and the United Kingdom at 2.24 million metric tons. France and Italy both produce 1.79 million metric tons each. The Netherlands contributes 1.0 million metric tons, while Hungary offers 0.9358 million metric tons. Romania and Portugal produce 0.6671 and 0.5905 million metric tons, respectively. Smaller producers include the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Denmark, Austria, Sweden, and Ireland, whose contributions range from 0.2585 to 0.1568 million metric tons.

In the past year, Poland showed a 3.37% increase, whereas Spain and the UK saw increases of 1.17% and 1.44%, respectively. France experienced a slight decline of 0.37%, while Italy increased by 1.4%. Noteworthy increases were observed in Lithuania (3.32%), and decreases in Bulgaria (1.49%) and Finland (1.26%).
