In 2023, China's import of electric hair dryers measured 14.5 million kilograms, serving as our baseline for trend analysis. The forecast for imports shows a steady upward trend from 2024 to 2028, with annual figures: 15.213, 16.054, 16.878, 17.686, and 18.477 million kilograms, respectively. Observing year-on-year growth, we find an increasing trend, hitting a cumulative annual growth rate (CAGR) of approximately 5% over these five years.
Future trends to monitor include advances in hair dryer technology and consumer demand shifts toward energy-efficient, environmentally friendly models. The regulatory landscape and trade policies could also impact import dynamics.
