Germany followed with 1.96 billion Euros, witnessing a modest rise of 1.14%. Despite a smaller absolute scale, the Netherlands and Slovenia had notable year-on-year growths of 1.94% and 3.47%, respectively. Noteworthy is Czech Republic's 7.59% increase. Luxembourg's expenditure saw a decline of 0.99%, contrasting with Liechtenstein's significant 20.69% hike albeit from a low base.
