Poland's pigment export industry is projected to surge to approximately 5.2 million kilograms by 2028, up from around 4.4 million kilograms in 2023. This represents an average annual growth rate of 2.6%. Since the turn of the century, Poland’s pigment supply has been on an upward trajectory, increasing by 4.3% annually. In the global ranking for 2023, Poland held the 11th position, with Russia leading at the same 4.4 million kilograms. Germany, Saudi Arabia, and China followed as the second, third, and fourth largest exporters, respectively. On the import front, Poland is set to see its pigment imports rise to roughly 5.3 million kilograms by 2028, up from about 5 million kilograms in 2023, averaging a 1% annual increase. Since 1999, the country’s pigment demand has grown by 0.6% per year.
