Chilean milk production is set to drop by 5.6% year on year, from 1.26 million metric tons in 2021 to just over 871,000 metric tons in 2026. This would mark a decrease of 8.9% since 1966. In 2021, Chile was ranked 68th in milk production, overtaken by Thailand, which produced 1.26 million metric tons. The United States Virgin Islands, Pakistan, and Brazil ranked second, third, and fourth, respectively.
