Luxembourg is set to produce nearly 490,300 metric tons of milk by 2026, according to new research. In 2021, the country produced 442,000 metric tons, a 1.8% year-on-year increase. Since 2005, Luxembourger milk production has grown by an average of 3.1% each year. In 2021, Luxembourg ranked 98th in the world for milk production, with Burkina Faso in the lead at 442,000 metric tons. The United States Virgin Islands, Pakistan and Brazil came in second, third and fourth, respectively.
