Milk production in Azerbaijan is set to rise to around 2.5 million metric tons by 2026. This is an increase of 1.7% each year on average, since 1997. In 2021, Azerbaijan came in at number 49, producing 2.2 million metric tons of milk. Ecuador was ahead of them in the rankings at 2.2 million metric tons, with the United States Virgin Islands, Pakistan and Brazil in the top four.
