The number of hospital discharges in Sweden is expected to hit 1,366,800 by 2026, a decrease of 0.4% year on year on average. This is slightly lower than the 0.8% year on year average decline since 1992. Sweden ranked 28th in 2021, with Israel again surpassing the country with 1,403,200 discharges.
