The prevalence of HIV/AIDS in Tajikistan is projected to reach 1,400 children aged 0-14 by 2026, a 3.3% annual growth rate since 1995. In 2021, the country ranked 57th with 1,130 children aged 0-14, while Argentina ranked first with the same number. Nigeria, Mozambique and Tanzania followed in second, third and fourth place, respectively. Tajikistan's treatment coverage for people living with HIV is expected to reach 75% by 2026, a 3.9 point annual growth rate since 2011. In 2021, the country placed 85th with 59% coverage, while Ukraine topped the list with the same percentage. Cape Verde, Latvia and Zimbabwe ranked second, third and fourth, respectively.
