Since 2008, the country has been increasing its coverage at an average rate of 5.2 points a year. In 2021, Mongolia was ranked 120th, while Jordan came out ahead at 36%. Cape Verde, Latvia and Zimbabwe followed, ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
