Currently, 47% of those living with HIV in the country are receiving treatment, an increase of 3.7 points from the average rate in 2011. Bhutan was ranked 109th in 2021, while Sierra Leone is the highest at 47%. Cape Verde, Latvia and Zimbabwe followed in second, third, and fourth places.
