This number has been increasing since 2010, with a year on year average rate of 3.9 points. Sierra Leone was ranked 108th in 2021, with Moldova coming ahead of it at 49%. Cape Verde, Latvia and Zimbabwe were 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively in this ranking.
