The Netherlands is set to reach 98% HIV/AIDS treatment coverage among people living with HIV by 2026. In 2021, coverage was at 90%, an increase of 1.3 points year-on-year since 2005. The Netherlands was ranked 12th in 2021, with Namibia at the top of the list with 90%. Cape Verde, Latvia and Zimbabwe came in second, third and fourth respectively. The prevalence of HIV/AIDS among 0-14 year-olds in the Netherlands stayed the same in 2019 (100 units) as in 2018. Since 1995, the rate has remained steady. In 2019, the Netherlands was ranked 95th, with Portugal ahead at 100 units. Nigeria, Mozambique and Tanzania followed in second, third and fourth places.
