Sri Lanka is set to reach 78% HIV/AIDS treatment coverage for persons living with the virus by 2026 – up from 60% in 2021. This marks an annual growth rate of 4%. Since 2010, Sri Lanka has seen a 16.5% year-on-year increase. In 2021, Sri Lanka ranked 80th, with the Central African Republic coming in first with 60% coverage. Following close behind were Cape Verde, Latvia, and Zimbabwe, in second, third, and fourth place respectively.
