By 2026, the prevalence of HIV/AIDS in Cambodia is expected to drop to 2,000 Units (Persons) Aged 0-14 from 2,720 in 2021, a decrease of 5.5% on average each year since 1995. In 2021, Cambodia was ranked 46th, below Gabon which had 2,720 Units (Persons) Aged 0-14. Nigeria, Mozambique and Tanzania were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. Meanwhile, the treatment coverage of HIV/AIDS in Cambodia jumped by 3.6 points in 2021, to 86% of Persons Living with HIV from 83% in 2020. This marks an increase of 4.2 points since 2008. Cambodia was ranked 21st in 2021, behind Ireland which boasted 86% of Persons Living with HIV. Cape Verde, Latvia and Zimbabwe were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
