Since 1993, demand has risen 16.4% year-on-year and it was ranked 91st in 2021. Nicaragua was ahead with $36,596,000, followed by China, Germany and Mexico in 2nd, 3rd and 4th place respectively. By 2026, Iceland's transformer export-import total is forecast to reach $43 million, down from $399,476 in 2021.
