The Solomon Islands came ahead at 2,780 metric tons, while the United States Virgin Islands, Brazil and Russia took the next three spots. In 2018, Saint Lucia's meat consumption totalled 17 thousand metric tons, unchanged from 2017. This represented a 0.5% year-on-year increase since 1966.
