Imports of aluminium to Ecuador are projected to reach $136 million by 2026, up from $127 million in 2021. This equates to an average annual decline of 0.8% since 1996. Ecuador ranked 78th in 2021, behind Costa Rica, which imported $127 million. Germany, Japan and France were second, third and fourth in the global ranking respectively.
