Icelander Aluminium Exports are set to reach $2.7 billion by 2026, a 2.1% year-on-year (YOY) average growth rate from $2.4 billion in 2021. Since 1993, Icelander exports have increased 8.2% YOY. Iceland came in 22nd in 2021, Switzerland coming in first with $2.4 billion. Germany, the United States and Canada were numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively. Icelander Aluminium Imports are set to reach $175 million by 2026, a 2.5% YOY average growth rate from $151 million in 2021. Since 1993, Icelander imports have risen 9.3% YOY. Iceland was 74th in 2021, Nigeria overtaking with $151 million. Germany, Japan and France were numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively. Icelander Aluminium Sales totaled €1.77 billion in 2018, up from €1.7 billion in 2017. Iceland was 10th in 2018, the United Kingdom overtaking with €1.77 billion. Spain, Norway and Italy were numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively.
