Qatar is set to see a modest increase in its aluminium imports over the next five years. In 2021, aluminium imports reached a total of $203.8 million, placing Qatar 66th in the world rankings. Bosnia and Herzegovina topped the list at $203.8 million. Germany, Japan, and France came in second, third and fourth, respectively. On the other hand, Qatar's aluminium exports are expected to reach $25.6 million by 2026, up from $21.9 million in 2021. In comparison to 2005, this would represent an average annual growth of 2.6%. Qatar was 86th in the global rankings, with Honduras leading at $21.9 million. Germany, the United States and Canada came in second, third and fourth, respectively.
