Uzbekistan is expected to consume 73,000 metric tons of poultry meat by 2026, a 1.1% increase from 2021's figure of 68,000 metric tons. The country experienced a 0.5% growth in demand each year since 2017. In 2021, Uzbekistan ranked 100th in the global rankings, with Zimbabwe ahead of them at 68,000 metric tons. The United States, Brazil and Russia finished in the top three. Uzbekistan's poultry production is also set to increase, hitting 73,400 metric tons by 2026 from 67,000 metric tons in 2021 - a 1.5% annual growth on average since 2017. In 2021, the country was ranked 88th, where Zimbabwe overtook them at 67,000 metric tons. China, Brazil and Russia were the top three producers.
