Polish consumption of sunflower oil is projected to reach 68,000 metric tons by 2026, an increase of 0.3% year-on-year. Since 2017, Poland's demand has increased by 1% annually. In 2021, Poland ranked 25th, with Hungary in the lead at 67,000 metric tons. Russia, Spain and Argentina followed, taking second, third and fourth place respectively. Polish production of sunflower oil is expected to reach 1,380 metric tons by 2026, a decrease of 16.4% year-on-year. Since 1966, the country's supply has dropped by an average of 16.1%. In 2021, Poland ranked 59th, with Mozambique ahead at 3,750 metric tons. Russia, Argentina and Hungary came in second, third and fourth place respectively.
