Meanwhile, production of soybean oil in Peru is forecast to reach 1,520 metric tons in 2026, up 2.6% from 1,300 metric tons in 2021. Since 2004, supply has risen by an average of 5.3% year-on-year. Peru ranked 82nd in 2021, with Morocco leading the way at 1,300 metric tons. The US, Brazil, and Argentina were ranked 2nd, 3rd, and 4th respectively.
