Emirati demand for soybean oil is projected to fall by 0.3% year on year to 54,000 metric tons in 2026. This is a decrease from 55,000 metric tons in 2021, when the country ranked 41st. Zimbabwe overtook it in 2021 with 55,000 metric tons. China, India and Brazil come in at second, third and fourth in this ranking. Meanwhile, Emirati soybean oil production is forecast to drop 37.4% year on year to just over 500 metric tons in 2026. This is a fall from 6,180 metric tons in 2021, when the country ranked 64th. Ireland overtook it in 2021 with 6,180 metric tons. The United States, Brazil and Argentina come in at second, third and fourth in this ranking.
