Syria's soybean oil production dropped 19.1% in 2018, from 2,100 metric tons to 1,700 metric tons. This is a 25.1% decrease from 1993's total. Syria came in at 78th in the world rankings, behind Nicaragua at 1,700 metric tons. The US, Brazil and Argentina ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th, respectively.
