Since 2019, Colombia's spice production has increased by 1.8% annually. In 2023, the country ranked 34th in global spice production, with Bosnia and Herzegovina surpassing it at 24,000 metric tons. China, Nigeria, and Indonesia held the second, third, and fourth spots, respectively, in this category.
