Since 2019, Vietnam's spice supply has seen a steady increase, averaging a 2% rise per year. As of 2023, Vietnam ranks fifth globally in spice production, with Indonesia narrowly ahead, also producing around 439,000 metric tons. Leading the global rankings, China holds the top position, followed by Nigeria and Indonesia in second and third places, respectively.
