Garlic production in Indonesia is on the rise. The country is projected to produce around 105,000 metric tons by 2026, up from 81,500 metric tons in 2021. On average, production has grown by 4% year on year since 1986. In 2021, Indonesia ranked 19th in the world for garlic production, with Pakistan overtaking the country to come in 19th. India, Bangladesh and South Korea came in 2nd, 3rd and 4th place, respectively.
