Swedish strawberry production is on the rise. It is expected to reach 17,690 metric tons by 2026, up 1.1% year on year. This growth is even more impressive when compared to the 1.7% year on year increase since 1994. In 2021, Sweden ranked 31st in strawberry production, producing 16,620 metric tons. Finland, the United States, Mexico and Egypt ranked higher, taking the top four spots.
