Bulgarian strawberry production is forecast to decrease to 3,400 metric tons by 2026. This is down 3.8% on an average yearly basis since 1966. In 2021, Bulgaria was ranked 53rd in global production at 4,250 metric tons. Costa Rica topped the list with the same amount, followed by the United States, Mexico, and Egypt.
