Croatian grape consumption is forecast to hit 72,000 metric tons by 2026, down from 73,000 metric tons in 2021. This is equivalent to a 0.3% year-on-year decrease since 2017. Croatia was ranked 49th in 2021, with the Czech Republic ahead of it at 73,000 metric tons. The US, India and Iran followed in second, third and fourth place respectively. Croatian grape production is projected to reach 69,810 metric tons by 2026, a 6.3% drop from 101,620 metric tons in 2021. This marks a 3.9% year-on-year decrease since 1997. Croatia ranked 48th in 2021, with Slovenia ahead at 101,620 metric tons. Italy, the US and Spain came in second, third and fourth place respectively.
