Demand for grapes in Sri Lanka is expected to grow 2.3% year on year over the next five years. In 2021, the country was ranked 76th in terms of consumption, with 17 thousand metric tons consumed. This was up 2% from 2017. Kuwait topped the rankings with 19 thousand metric tons, followed by the United States, India and Iran.
