Venezuelan grape consumption fell 12.3% in 2021, to 10,000 metric tons, after declining 14.5% since 2017. Costa Rica topped the ranking with 10,000 metric tons, with the United States, India and Iran in the number two, three and four spots. Meanwhile, Venezuelan grape production is expected to reach 20,130 metric tons by 2026, up 0.6% year on year on average since 1971. Belarus led the ranking at 19,410 metric tons, with Italy, the United States and Spain in the number two, three and four spots.
