Grenadian melon production is set to reach almost 8,000 metric tons by 2026. Starting from 6,000 metric tons in 2021, output is expected to grow at an average rate of 4% each year. Since 2010, the supply of melons in Grenada has increased by an average of 5.2% annually. In 2021, Grenada was the 61st largest melon producer in the world, lagging behind the Philippines at 60th with 6,000 metric tons. India, Kazakhstan, and Iran were the top three producers, respectively.
