Cameroon is set to produce 53,250 metric tons of melon by 2026 – a 1% year-on-year growth. This is up from the 50,150 metric tons it produced in 2021, when it ranked 36th in the world. Greece came first in the rankings with 50,150 metric tons, followed by India, Kazakhstan and Iran. Since 1995, Cameroon's melon production has grown by an average of 1.3% year-on-year.
